This pipe repir kit combines JACO, a fiberglass cloth impregnated with activated resin and unique Rubber Tape. This combination was designed to repair leaking cracked or broken pipes while under press. Maximum pressure 60 PSI. Once properly applied the rubber tape, It will stop your leak immediately.
JACO has a normal cure time 30 minutes, but may vary depending on temperature. This system will repair PVC, metal, rubber, fiberglass, plastic, etc. It makes ideal for all types of repair and maintenance applications without the down time |

Remove yellow adhesive backing from vinyl tape and backing from rubber patch.
Use the vinyl tape to secure the end of the rubber tape. Begin wrapping the rubber tape over
the leaking area, making sure the rubber patch is placed directly on the leak. |

Continue to wrap the rubber tape directly over the repair area by stretching the tape,
each wrap provides additional pressure on the leak. At the end of the rubber tape,
use the attached vinyl tape to secure the wrap. Wearing enclosed sloves, remove JACO
from pouch. Soak in temperate water for 3 seconds. |

Using entire roll, wrap JACO ‘approx.2’ above repair area, working it directly over rubber tape,
continue wrapping ‘approx.2’ below repair |

Squeeze and mold JACO in direction of wrap, removing excess water and spreading resin
until tacky to touch. |
